I'm Sarah

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I studied for 3 years at the internationally renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London. Previous to this I undertook a 2 year foundation degree in Health and Nutrition.

I am registered with BANT, the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, as well as CNHC, the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council.

I am a mum of one energetic toddler and I know exactly how it feels to ride the rollercoaster of motherhood.

I am passionate about bridging the gap in nutrition education for mothers. Knowledge on how to eat and live well is fundamental information that creates more empowered mothers, that then has a ripple effect to their families and wider society.

Healthier, happier mums = healthier, happier families.

I currently offer support via my programmes that offer 1:1 consultations. My vision for the future is to offer group sessions that deliver invaluable information and support to even more people.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care.

Nutritional Therapists consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

Personalised nutrition is tailored specifically for you, taking into account your health journey, your health goals and dietary preferences.
