Good nutrition is so important for our health and wellbeing. But there is so much more that we also need to consider. There are various aspects of our life that will impact how we feel on a daily basis.
This is one of my favourite tools for assessing where your needs are (or aren't) being met.
Rate how satisfied you are with each area of your life. 1 = very unhappy 5 = very happy
Use this to reflect on which area(s) you need to focus your attention on. If any of them are rated 1, 2 or 3, they are likely draining you of your energy and vitality.
Once you've figured out which area of your life needs the most attention, dive in a little deeper. Focus on one at a time. If you need support from someone else to help improve an area, reach out.
It's amazing how working on and improving one aspect of your life can have a ripple effect on all other areas.
